Eduway is a student engagement platform for universities. We built it to connect every stage of the student lifecycle. First website visit to fiftieth class reunion. On the channels students actually use.
The Gap We Saw
Higher education isn't broken. The way it communicates is.
Universities have never had more tools. They've also never felt further from their students. Inquiries sit in inboxes. New admits get auto-replies. Strugglers get noticed too late. Graduates get fundraising emails and nothing else.
The gap isn't lack of effort. Every admissions officer, every student affairs lead, every alumni director we've sat across from is doing their best with the systems they were handed. The systems were just never built for the job.
That's the pattern we set out to break.
What We're Building

Eduway is a single platform that handles every conversation between a university and its students. First inquiry to lifelong alumni.
It runs on the channels students actually use. WhatsApp. SMS. Email. Voice. Telegram. Web chat. It lets universities build personalized engagement journeys without code. And it uses AI to know who needs to hear from the institution, when, and what to say.
We built it journey-first because students don't experience universities in fragments. They experience the relationship as one continuous thing. Our job is to make sure the institution can hold up its end. At scale. Without losing the personal touch.
What We Believe
A few opinions we keep coming back to.
Engagement is not a feature. It's the whole job.
Most platforms treat communication as a module. We treat it as the spine. Everything else gets built around the conversation between an institution and its student.
Students don't owe you their attention. You earn it.
Every message a university sends is asking for time from someone who could be doing something else. The job isn't volume. The job is being worth opening.
The first conversation determines the last one.
How a university talks to a student during recruitment shapes how engaged that person will be as an alumnus. The relationship is one long arc. Treat it that way.
Technology is only half the answer.
The other half is knowing what to say, when, and to whom. That's the half we obsess about.
A Note from the Founder
Why I'm building this.
I've spent the last few years in offices across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and beyond. Sitting with admissions directors, deans, student affairs leads, alumni relations heads. People who have given their careers to higher education.
The conversation keeps going the same way.
They want their students to feel seen. They want their new admits to actually make it to day one. They want the senior who's struggling to be noticed before they drop, not after. They want their alumni to stay close. Not just show up when there's a donation ask.
And they have the tools. CRMs. SISes. LMSes. Email platforms. Call centers. None of which were built for the job they're being asked to do.
Eduway is the answer to that pattern. We built it for the people who care about higher education and have been handed the wrong tools to act on that care.
We're early. We won't pretend we're not. But we're building this with the conviction that students deserve a university that answers. And that institutions deserve a platform that makes answering possible.

We design the journeys. We answer the support ticket at midnight. But the way we think about messaging, channels, and trust didn't start when Eduway did.

Where We're Going
This is the start.
We started with the universities of the MENA region, because this is where we're from and where we see the problem most clearly. The market is growing fast, the students are demanding more, and the institutions are ready for what comes next.
We're building toward a future where every university, anywhere, can hold a real, personalized, multi-channel conversation with every one of its students. Inquiry to graduation to retirement. That's a long road. We're walking it on purpose.
