A yearly newsletter does not bring graduates back. An app with a reason to open it does: a reunion invite, a job from a classmate’s company, a mentor, a campaign to give to.

Alumni Admin
What the office types on the left is what graduates see on the right.
Alumni Admin is where the office runs the network: publish news with a live app preview, push to everyone, to the class of 2019, or to graduates in Riyadh, approve mentors, post jobs and events, and run donation campaigns. It is also the only path that publishes to the app, so nothing goes out unreviewed.

Company interface
Alumni hire alumni, and employers never see student data.
Partner employers get their own interface: they post roles straight to the app’s job board, review applicants and shortlist candidates. The alumni office opens and closes their accounts, and companies only see what a graduate chooses to send.

Is the app branded for our university?
Yes. The Alumni App carries your university’s name and colours, and it is available on iOS and Android in Arabic and English.
Do donations go through Eduway?
No. Giving runs on the university’s own payment gateway, and graduates get a receipt straight away.
Can schools use it, not only universities?
Yes. The alumni suite works for K-12 schools that want to keep their graduates close, from reunions to mentoring current students.
Who can see the alumni directory?
Only alumni who opt in appear in the directory, and employers using the Company interface never see student or alumni records.
